Eleven Eleven Films,
LLC is a full service entertainment company managed by
Ross M. Dinerstein, Bobby Schwartz, and Geoff Stults. Eleven
Eleven Films strategy includes taking investment positions
in a slate of independently financed motion pictures with
cross-collateralized against one another to insulate against
possible underperformance by any one film. If one or more
of the films is a breakout theatrical hit, the financial
rewards to the investors can be remarkable. Eleven Eleven
Films produced the hit play “A Postcard from L.A.” in
October 2004 and the feature film “Unknown” in
March 2005 starring Jim Caviezel, Greg Kinnear, Barry Pepper, Bridget
Moynihan, and Joe Pantoliano. The Weinstein Company will
be releasing “Unknown” in Summer 2006.
Eleven
Eleven Films and its investors will benefit from the
recently passed federal tax legislation to encourage producers
to bring feature film production back into the U.S. Under
the new law a producer may elect to deduct the cost of
any
qualified
production of a film in the year incurred from their passive
income.
Eleven Eleven Films
has developed relationships with all the major agencies
in Hollywood,
including Creative
Artists
Agency,
William Morris Agency, United Talent Agency, Endeavor
and ICM. Through these relationships, Eleven Eleven Films
has
created
alliances with some of the top production and distribution
companies including Miramax, Lions Gate Films, Prospect
Pictures, Mark Cuban’s 2929 Entertainment, and Bob
Yari’s
conglomerate of companies.
Venio Capital Partners invested
in Eleven Eleven Films Fund II which will invest
in 4 to 6 independently produced films in 2006 and 2007.
