B. Wade Monroe is an active investor, board member & consultant to technology startup companies beginning in 1999 including AzCore Technology, The Kernel Group, Webify Solutions & BuildForge. Mr. Monroe is an advisor to Venio Capital Partners and the former Executive Vice President, CFO and a member of the board of directors of Trilogy, Inc. from 1992 to 2000.

Prior to Trilogy, Mr. Monroe was CFO of Goal Systems, Inc., a publicly traded software company acquired in 1992 by Legent Corporation. Mr. Monroe began working in the Software Industry in 1983 at UCCEL, Inc. after serving 10 years in various senior financial positions with PepsiCo, Inc. Mr. Monroe holds BBA & MBA degrees.
